Pseudo-static Analysis and Test Verification of Movable Tank Based on Finite Element Method
Using the finite element ANSYS software platform,the quasi-static strength analysis of 11 main working conditions is carried out on the WB2258-1 6 cubic drug tank movable tank.The results show that the stress of the movable tank body is significantly smaller than that of the frame and the skirt seat,the most dangerous stress point appears in the frame structure,and the minimum safety factor is 1.04.The hoisting,fork-lifting and vertical impact tests were carried out on the two most dangerous working conditions found by the finite element calculation,and the measured main deformations all meet the specification requirements.The research work in this paper can be used to guide the safety assessment and optimal design of 6 m3 mobile tanks for pharmaceutical storage.
