Application Evaluation of Energy-saving Technology for Jet Circulation Pump under Low Load in Leachate Treatment System
Jet circulation aeration is an important process system in MBR technology.In the low load state of the leachate treatment system,reducing unnecessary electricity consumption is the bottleneck for leachate treatment projects to respond to the national policy of deepening energy conservation,emission reduction,and developing circular economy.This article focuses on the traditional MBR system jet aeration system jet circulation pump.When the actual processing capacity is less than the design processing capacity,energy-saving design,electrical transformation,frequency converter installation,and integrated innovation are carried out on the jet circulation pump.Without affecting the effluent quality of the MBR system,the frequency reduction operation of the jet aeration circulation pump is achieved,and the motor power is reduced.Thus achieving energy-saving and consumption reduction in leachate treatment,and evaluating its advantages in cost and energy consumption.
