环氧树脂材料是一类具有优良性能的化工合成材料,在建筑、化工、农林、医疗等行业都有广泛的应用,继木材、金属、混凝土之后成为我国第四大基础工业材料.而在放射性废物处理领域,相比于其他行业,该领域对所使用的材料及设备均具有更高的要求.因此,为提高环氧树脂材料在放射性废物处理领域的适用性,本文对双酚A型环氧树脂材料的粘结、抗压、抗拉、耐腐蚀、耐放射性辐照等性能进行了测试,为其在放射性废物固化、固定及密封工艺的应用提供了技术支持,具有一定的进步意义.
Epoxy Resin Materials for Radioactive Waste Treatment
Epoxy resin material is a kind of chemical synthetic material with excellent properties,which has been widely used in construction,chemical industry,agriculture and forestry,medical and other industries,and has become the fourth largest basic industrial material in China after wood,metal and concrete.In the field of radioactive waste treatment,compared with other industries,the materials and equipment used in this field have higher requirements.Therefore,in order to improve the applicability of epoxy resin materials in the field of radioactive waste treatment,this paper tested the adhesion,compressive resistance,tensile resistance,corrosion resistance and radioactive irradiation resistance of bisphenol A epoxy resin materials,providing technical support for its application in the solidification,fixation and sealing process of radioactive waste,which has certain progress significance.
