摘要

采用"预处理(水力筛+均质降温)+CSTR厌氧罐+沼渣脱水+气浮装置+两级硝化反硝化+外置超滤膜+纳滤膜+反渗透膜+DTRO膜装置"工艺处理某生活垃圾发电厂餐厨废水+垃圾渗滤液.实际运行结果表明:餐厨废水与渗滤液协同处理运行稳定,无需外加碳源,回收率达到82%,出水达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》中的敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水水质标准.

Abstract

Use The process of pre-treatment(hydraulic screening+homogeneous cooling)+CSTR anaerobic tank+sludge dewatering+air flotation device+two-stage nitrification denitrification+external ultrafiltration membrane+nanofiltration membrane+reverse osmosis membrane+DTRO membrane device is adopted to treat kitchen wastewater and leachate from a certain household waste power plant.The actual operation results show that the synergistic treatment of kitchen wastewater and leachate runs stably without the need for additional carbon sources,with a recovery rate of 82%.The effluent meets the water quality standards for supplementary water in the open loop cooling water system specified in the"Industrial Water Quality for Urban Wastewater Recycling and Utilization".
