Gas Chromatography Analysis of Solvent Impurities in the Recovery Unit of Butadiene Rubber Unit
The presence of trace impurities in the solvent of the butadiene rubber unit can seriously affect the polymerization reaction, resulting in fluctuations in product quality.Using conventional detection methods for troubleshooting is both time-consuming and laborious.Based on this, this paper takes the hexane solvent in the recovery unit as the research object, and uses gas chromatography to classify and study the impurities that may affect the reaction.By analyzing the actual samples of the device, the results show that this method can achieve the analysis of various impurities such as 1,3-butadiene,ethanol,ether,and p-tert-butylcatechol in hexane solvent, quickly identify the problems in the solvent, and provide guidance for industrial production.
