摘要

目的:研究青钱柳叶中的化学成分.方法:利用色谱分离技术对青钱柳叶水提取物的大孔树脂(D101)吸附物进行分离纯化,结合理化性质和波谱等方法鉴定所得化合物的结构.结果:从青钱柳叶中分离得到10 个化合物,利用核磁共振波谱分析鉴定为arjunolic acid(1)、arjunglucoside II(2)、2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(3)、青钱柳苷I(4)、cypaliuruside B(5)、eriodictyol-7-methyl ether(6)、杜鹃素(7)、medioresinol(8)、methyl dihydrocaffeate(9)、枫杨素(10).结论:从青钱柳叶水提取物的大孔树脂(D101)吸附物中分离得到多种类型的化合物,可为青钱柳叶化学成分分析提供一定的参考.

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical components from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus.Methods:Various chromatographic techniques were used for isolation and purification of the macroporous resin adsorbates of the aqueous extract of Cyclocarya paliurus.The structure of the compound was identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as arjunolic acid(1),arjunglucoside II(2),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(3),cyclocarioside I(4),cypaliuruside B(5),eriodictyol-7-methyl ether(6),farrerol(7),medioresinol(8),methyl dihydrocaffeate(9),pterocarine(10).Conclusions:Multiple types of compounds were isolated from the macroporous resin(D101)adsorbates of the water extract of Cyclocarya paliurus,which can provide a certain reference for the chemical composition analysis of Cyclocarya paliurus.
