新工科背景下化工流程模拟课程建设及其在化工原理实验中的应用

摘要
化工流程模拟课程建设过程中始终以构筑"知""实"联动、践行赛教融合、融入课程思政为目标,使课程的开设能够与其他专业课程之间形成联动,巩固学生所学化工专业知识、提升解决实际工程问题的能力和提高学生的就业竞争力.通过化工原理实验中"精馏塔全塔效率测定"实验为例,介绍化工流程模拟课程与化工原理实验课程教学实施过程的联动.
Abstract
In the process of constructing the chemical process simulation course,the goal is always to build a"knowledge"and"reality"linkage,and practice the combination of teaching and competition,integrate the ideological and political aspects of the course,so that the course can form a linkage with other professional courses,consolidate students'knowledge of chemical engineering,improve their ability to solve practical engineering problems,and improve their employment competitiveness.Taking the experiment of"measuring the efficiency of the distillation tower"in the experiment of chemical engineering principles as an example,this article introduces the linkage between the teaching implementation process of chemical engineering process simulation course and chemical engineering principles experiment course.
