Construction and Implementation Path of Scientific Research Innovation Training System for College Students Majoring in Chemistry
Promoting the scientific research and innovation ability for college students represents a new mode of cultivating high-level innovative talents,which meets the needs of national construction.In order to promote the implementation of the program of innovation in various disciplines in colleges,the Ministry of Education has launched the program of improving the innovation ability of colleges.Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,colleges actively construct scientific research innovation system according to their conditions.From 2018,College of Chemistry and chemical engineering of Gannan Normal University began to implement the academic tutorial system for college students and carried out the reform of cultivating innovative talents.Combining with the practical experience of innovative teaching in recent years and the needs of contemporary college students for scientific research and innovation,the innovative training system majoring in chemistry is constructed,which meets the needs of students'individual development and lays a solid foundation for postgraduate study and professional work in the future.
