摘要

有机化学及其实验课程是药学专业本科生的重要必修基础课程,在培养学生的科研素质和创新能力中发挥着重要作用.本文探索了将科研平台融入有机化学的实验教学,以Pd-TMM[3+2]串联环化反应为例,通过开放性实验的模式传授专业知识和实验技能,提高学生的自主学习能力,培养其创新精神和实践能力,探索高校培养高素质创新人才的新方式.

Abstract

Organic chemistry and its experiment course are important compulsory basic courses for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy,which plays a vital role in cultivating students'scientific research quality and innovation ability.This paper explores the integration of scientific research platform into the experimental teaching of organic chemistry,taking the palladium-catalyzed[3+2]cascade cyclization of trimethylenemethanes as an example.Through carrying out the open experiment,it aims at imparting professional knowledge and experimental skills,improving students'independent learning ability,cultivating their innovative spirit and practical ability,and further exploring a new way for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality innovative talents.
