Cultivation of Innovative and Practical Ability of College Students in Organic Chemistry Based on OBE Concept
In the environment of increasing fierce competition for employment and postgraduate entrance examination,college students'innovative and independent learning ability are more and more prominent.This paper is mainly based on the application and implementation of innovative and entrepreneurial projects in organic chemistry of college students and the design and implementation of graduation thesis,and briefly introduces some problems existing in the organic chemistry course of pharmacy major.Most importantly,the design of organic chemistry teaching based on the model of"scientific inquiry,practice leads to true knowledge"is expounded in detail.The purpose of"learn to use,learn to innovation"and arousing students'learning interest were achieved with specific research of drug molecular synthesis.At the same time,students'theoretical knowledge is consolidated,as well as learning efficiency and practical innovative ability.All of which lay a foundation to cultivate Graduate reserve army and innovative medical personnel.
