Study on the Method for Determining the Content of Multiple in Pharbitis Formula Granules
Objective:To establish the quantitative analysis of multi-components in Pharbitidis formula granules. Methods:Simultaneously determine the content of phenolic acids such as chlorogenic acid using HPLC combined with one test multiple evaluation method. The chromatographic conditions are as follows:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0 μ m)The mobile phase is acetonitrile 0.1%phosphoric acid, with a detection wavelength of 326 nm,a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and a column temperature of 30℃ for gradient elution.Establish a one test multiple evaluation method to determine the content of phenolic acids in Pharbitidis formula granules using caffeic acid as the internal reference.Simultaneously using external standard method to verify the accuracy of the measurement results established in this study. Results:Within their respective linear ranges, the relative correction factors for neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid A,and isochlorogenic acid C are 1.841,1.718,1.885,1.485,1.268,and 1.429,respectively;There is no significant difference in the results between the one test multiple evaluation method and the external standard method. Conclusion:The established one test multiple evaluation method can accurately detect the content of phenolic acid multi index components in Pharbitidis formula granules, which plays a role in the quality control of Pharbitidis formula granules.
