Mongolian Oak Wood Vinegar and Its Antioxidant Application with Acetic Acid and Sorbic Acid
Explore the antioxidant activity of mongolian oak wood vinegar and its acid components, and study the effect of mongolian oak wood vinegar on wheat(Triticum aestivum)seed germination. The results of antioxidant experiments on mongolian oak wood vinegar with acetic acid and sorbic acid showed that the antioxidant activity of mongolian oak wood vinegar was the result of a combination of multiple components. The antioxidant activity of mongolian oak wood vinegar was higher than the mass concentration of 28.36%acetic acid and 6%sorbic acid.Mongolian oak wood vinegar had a good effect on DPPH radical scavenging rate, with a half inhibitory concentration of IC50 of(40.15±0.07)g/L.Mongolian oak wood vinegar has a low concentration promoting and high inhibiting effect on wheat seed germination. The experimental results of mongolian oak wood vinegar on wheat seed germination showed that when diluted 2000 times, there was a significant difference compared to the control(P<0.05),and the germination rate increased by 18%.
