木醋液组分对抗氧化和种子萌发影响

以蒙古栎木醋液为原料,进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析。结果表明二氯甲烷精制木醋液3-甲基四氢呋喃相对含量最高,为41。60%。其次为愈创木酚,相对含量8。73%;苯酚,相对含量 6。79%。抗氧化实验表明,蒙古栎木醋液质量浓度在4 g/L时,总还原力吸光度达到0。067,DPPH∙清除率为37。8%,∙OH清除率为 14。1%。种子萌发实验可知蒙古栎木醋液稀释2000倍液种子发芽率与对照差异显著,四九菜心、红菜薹和小白菜种子发芽率分别提高 15%、17%和23%。蒙古栎木醋液具有一定的抗氧化活性和化感作用,蒙古栎木醋液中的酚等是抗氧化和种子萌发的主要作用物质。
Effects of Wood Vinegar Components on Antioxidation and Seed Germination
The mongolian oak wood vinegar was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the relative content of 3-methyl-tetrahydro-furan in dichloromethane refined wood vinegar was the highest,41.60%.The next is guaiacol,the relative content is 8.73%;Phenol,relative content 6.79%.The antioxidant experiment showed that when the mass concentration of mongolian oak wood vinegar was 4 g/L,the absorbance of total reducing power reached 0.067,the DPPH∙ scavengingrate was 37.8%,and the ∙OH scavenging rate was 14.1%.The seed germination experiment showed that the seed germination rate of mongolian oak wood vinegar diluted 2000 times was significantly different from that of the control,and the seed germination rate of four nine cabbage heart,purple flowering stalk and pakchoi increased by 15%,17%and 23%respectively.Mongolian oak wood vinegar has certain antioxidant activity and allelopathy.Phenols in mongolian oak wood vinegar are the main substances for antioxidation and seed germination.
