摘要

铝合金是最有应用前景的汽车轻量化材料,表面技术是汽车用铝合金板材生产的关键技术.本文对铝合金汽车板的表面技术进行了综述,并详细阐述了表面化学处理(包括:碱洗脱脂、酸洗刻蚀、钛锆盐转化处理、有机硅烷处理、Alcoa 951®处理、磷化处理、阳极氧化)、表面润滑与涂油.最后,对铝合金汽车板表面技术的发展方向进行了展望.

Abstract

Aluminum alloy is the most promising automobile lightweight material.Surface technology is the key technology of automobile aluminum alloy production.In this paper,the surface technology of aluminum alloy sheet for Automobile was reviewed,and gives a detailed discussion on surface chemical treatment which include alkaline degreasing,surface pickling etching,titanium zirconium salt conversion treatment,organic silane treatment,Alcoa 951®treatment,phosphating treatment,anodic oxidation,and surface lubrication and oiling.Finally,the developing direction on surface technology of aluminum alloy for Automobile was prospected.
