摘要
通过分析微小工业企业常见的生产物料及探索新污染物信息调查的路径,减少微小工业企业新污染物信息调查工作的成本及提高准确性;通过涉新污染物物料改进、生产过程控制及新污染物末端处理三个方面,探索微小工业企业新污染物管控措施;通过计算微小企业注塑生产过程中的致癌风险和非致癌风险数值,结合判定标准量化分析对操作者的环境健康风险.
Abstract
By analyzing the common production materials of micro-industrial enterprises and exploring the path of emerging contaminants information investigation,the cost of emerging contaminants and emerging contaminants information investigation work of micro-industrial enterprises can be reduced and the accuracy can be improved;through the improvement of materials related to emerging contaminants and the control of production process To explore the control measures of emerging contaminants in micro-industrial enterprises in the three aspects of terminal treatment and emerging contaminants;through calculating the carcinogenic risk and non-carcinogenic risk values in the injection molding production process of micro-industrial enterprises,combined with the judgment standard to quantitatively analyze the environmental health risks to operators.
