气相色谱法测定比卡鲁胺关键原料2-甲基丙烯酰氯中的有关物质

摘要
建立一种气相色谱法,测定 2-甲基丙烯酰氯中 3 个杂质(2-甲基丙烯酸、2-甲基丙烯酸酐、三氯苄),色谱条件为:检测器为 FID 检测器,色谱柱采用 DB-1 石英毛细管色谱柱,进样方式为直接进样,采用程序升温的方式进行测定.结果表明,主成分及 3个杂质在特定浓度范围内,浓度和峰面积线性关系良好,3个杂质回收率平均值分别为99.6%、103.9%、100.1%.本方法操作简便,专属性强,灵敏度、准确度高,线性、耐用性良好,可以准确、快速地测定2-甲基丙烯酰氯中有关物质的含量.
Abstract
A gas chromatography method was established to determine three impurities(2-methacrylic acid,2-neneneba methacrylic anhydride,benzyl trichloride)in 2-methacryloyl chloride.The chromatographic conditions were as follows:the detector was FID detector,the chromatographic column was DB-1 quartz capillary column,the sampling method was direct injection,and the temperature programmed method was used for determination.The results showed that the main component and three impurities had a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area within a specific concentration range,and the average recoveries of the three impurities were 99.6%,103.9%,and 100.1%,respectively.This method is simple to operate,has strong specificity,high sensitivity and accuracy,good linearity and durability,and can accurately and quickly determine the content of related substances in 2-methylacryloyl chloride.
