Synthesis of Oxygen-containing Heterocyclic Compounds
Oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds are widely existed in natural products, which have been widely studied and applied in the fields of medicine, food and so on,and are important components of natural active substances. In this study,we used phosphoric acid catalyst to act on α,β-unsaturated ketones to catalyse the ring closure, and obtained thirteen-membered oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds by Michael addition mechanism. In this paper, the oxygenated heterocyclic compounds were successfully synthesised after a series of mild and simple reactions, including alkylation,Desmartin oxidation, witting reaction and Michael addition, using 6-heptyn-1-ol as the starting material. It provides a certain reference for the synthetic synthesis of oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds.
