Study on Structural Optimization and Three-dimensional Flow Simulation of Reactor Direct Safety Injection
The safety injection structure plays an important role in preventing the core from"steaming dry"due to continuous heating when the pressure boundary of the primary circuit of PWR fails.In this paper,the influence of safety injection structure on flow is analyzed by modeling and simulation calculation,multi-objective optimization is carried out based on proxy model,it is concluded that the safety injection pipe with venturi direct safety injection structure has two functions.One is throttling to prevent the fluid in the reactor from flowing backwards,and the other is cooperating with the baffle to prevent the cold water injected from rushing to the hanging basket assembly.Through optimization,the flow on both sides of the guide plate is smooth,the pressure distribution on both sides of the guide plate is close,and the stress on the optimized guide plate is reduced,and the optimization effect is obvious.
