Study on The Efficacy of a New Chlorine Glutaraldehyde Fumigation Disinfectant
The fumigation disinfectant prepared by sodium dichloroisocyanurate and glutaraldehyde has the advantages of convenient operation, safety, and no need flame ignition.Research on smoke generation and combustion effects found that the optimal ratio of glutaraldehyde to sodium dichloroisocyanurate is 1∶4.Measure the fumigation and disinfection effect on the breeding farm by positioning sampling and plate sedimentation method were used for sampling and cultivation before and after disinfection. The results showed that the comprehensive sterilization rate of the surface of the enclosure reached over 99%,the comprehensive sterilization rate of the air inside the enclosure reaches 98%and the comprehensive sterilization rate of the surface of the incubation room reaches over 99.99%.The experiment shows that the chlorine glutaraldehyde fumigation disinfectant has good bactericidal effects on the surface of the enclosure and the air,and has a wide application prospect.
