聚合硅酸铝的制备及性能研究

本文以硅酸盐、氯化铝为原料,在一定条件下制成聚硅酸铝(PASC)。探究聚合硅酸铝处理模拟废水的最佳条件,并与聚合氯化铁(PAFC)和聚合氯化铝(PAC)比较对印染废水的处理,以及实际废水处理效果。研究表明,聚合硅酸铝在pH值为 8、投加量为150 mg/L、搅拌速度为90 r/min、搅拌时间为15 min的条件下对于模拟废水的处理效果最好;PASC在处理印染废水时适用pH范围不及其他两种絮凝剂宽,而在脱色方面PASC的效果良好;PASC对四种废水中浊度、色度的去除率均可达到90%以上,CODCr的去除率相对较低。PASC比较适用于造纸废水的处理。
Study on Preparation and Performance of Polysilicic Aluminum
This article uses silicate and aluminum chloride as raw materials to produce polyaluminum silicate(PASC)under certain conditions.Explore the optimal conditions for treating simulated wastewater with polymeric aluminum silicate,and compare the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater with polymeric iron chloride(PAFC)and polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC),as well as the actual wastewater treatment effect.Research has shown that polyaluminum silicate has the best treatment effect on simulated wastewater under the conditions of pH value 8,dosage of 150 mg/L,stirring speed of 90 r/min,and stirring time of 15 min;When treating printing and dyeing wastewater,PASC has a wider pH range than the other two flocculants,and its decolorization effect is good;PASC can achieve a removal rate of over 90%for turbidity and chromaticity in all four types of wastewater,while the removal rate of CODCr is relatively low.PASC is more suitable for the treatment of papermaking wastewater.
