摘要

喹诺酮类药物在抗菌谱方面具有广泛的活性,可有效抑制多种细菌感染,被广泛用于上呼吸道感染、下呼吸道感染、尿路感染、皮肤和软组织感染以及消化道感染的治疗.然而,喹诺酮类药物也存在一些副作用和耐药性问题,需要引起注意.本文对喹诺酮类药物的化学结构、抗菌谱和作用机制进行了介绍.同时还对喹诺酮类药物的发展趋势包括新型喹诺酮类药物的研究与开发、喹诺酮类药物在抗菌联合治疗中的应用以及在临床治疗中的前景进行了展望.

Abstract

Quinolones are a class of drugs widely used in the field of antimicrobial.Because of the antibacterial activities,can effectively inhibit a variety of bacterial infections.Quinolones are widely used in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections,lower respiratory tract infections,urinary tract infections,skin and soft tissue infections,and digestive tract infections.However,quinolones also have some side effects and resistance issues that need attention.In this paper,the chemical structure,antibacterial spectrum and antimicrobial mechanism of quinolones were introduced.At the same time,the development trend of quinolones including the research and development of new quinolones,the application of quinolones in antibacterial combination therapy and the prospect of clinical therapy were also prospected.
