Energy Support Analysis of Central Processing Station of Oil and Gas Field
The central processing station of oil and gas field is a place for centralized treatment of the liquid from each metering station or transfer station. The main processing processes include oil-gas water separation, crude oil dehydration treatment, crude oil stabilization, light oil recovery, natural gas purification, produced water treatment and reinjection, supporting generators, etc.,characterized by multiple equipment and complex processes, and energy consumption directly affects the entire gathering and transportation system.Especially with the progress of oil field production, the water content in oil gradually increases, the associated gas gradually decreases, and the energy consumption structure changes, and this effect is more obvious. Therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the energy balance in the whole life cycle of the oil and gas field central processing station,to ensure the long-term,efficient and smooth operation of the oil and gas field central processing station, and to guide the production manager to manage the production according to the optimal combination of operating parameters.Based on a foreign oil and gas field project, this paper analyzes the energy balance of the central processing station from various aspects to ensure its safe and stable operation in the whole life cycle.
