Application of Membrane Enhanced Mass Transfer Purification Technology in Tank Cleaning and Oil Treatment
Following a comprehensive on-site investigation of the waste oil treatment processes at seven petrochemical units, including Yanshan Petrochemical, and evaluation of Anqing Petrochemical's Wuxi Xuelang waste oil purification technology,the"membrane-enhanced mass transfer purification technology"developed by Hunan Changling Petrochemical Technology Development Co.,Ltd.was determined as the optimal approach. This technology was initially developed as part of Sinopec Group's"Ten Small Dragons"initiative, undergoing exploratory research,a 400-ton/year pilot study, and a 15,000-ton/year industrial sideline trial. In February 2014,it passed a technical review conducted by Sinopec's Science and Technology Department, which deemed the technology"novel and innovative".Currently, the technology holds seven national patents and has been effectively implemented in domestic petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, with positive outcomes. The project team engaged CNOOC Petrochemical Engineering Company to develop a feasibility study report using the"membrane-enhanced mass transfer purification technology",which was then reviewed by industry experts. The expert panel highly praised the technology and unanimously approved it.
