摘要

利用GB/T 5750.12-2023《生活饮用水标准检验方法》中的滤膜法检测水样中的产气荚膜梭菌,通过实验图片和文字描述的方式完整地讲述滤膜法的检测过程.该方法的证实试验部分较繁琐,需要经过革兰氏镜检,牛奶发酵,动力硝酸盐,卵磷脂分解等四个步骤完成,证实试验过程中涉及较多实验注意事项,本文就实际过程中出现的现象及问题提出解释和后续解决方案,通过检测源水和阳性菌液,完整地展现整个过程,对于更好地理解和掌握滤膜法在检测生活饮用水中产气荚膜梭菌的应用,提供了一些帮助.

Abstract

Using filter membrane method in GB/T 5750.12-2023《Standard Test Method for drinking water》to detect clostridium perfringens in water sample,Through the experimental picture and text description of the way the complete description of the filter membrane method of the detection process.The part of confirm experiment in this method is complicated,which needs to go through four steps,such as Gram's microscopy,milk fermentation,kinetic nitrate,lecithin decomposition,In this paper,the phenomena and problems occurred in the actual process are explained and the follow-up solution is put forward.Through the detection of source water and positive bacteria liquid,the whole process is shown completely,for a better understanding and grasp of the filter membrane method in the detection of clostridium perfringens in drinking water applications,to provide some help.
