Determination of Hafnium in K465 Superalloy by Standard Addition Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry
K465 superalloy is a widely used as a kind of aeronautical structural material,in which the accurate determination of hafnium content has great significance for the study of material properties.Determination of hafnium content in K465 superalloy by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)is affected by matrix and alloy elements. The test were treated with hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and citric acid, and the spectral lines of 277.366 nm,273.876 nm and 264.141 nm were selected. The test selected the standard addition method with low interference and high accuracy to eliminate the interference effect of matrix and alloy elements. The experimental results show that the optimal analytical wavelength for the determination of hafnium in K465 superalloy by standard addition-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is 264.141 nm,the detection limit of the method is 0.002 mg·L-1,and the recovery of the verification method at this wavelength is 98.7%~104.0%.The relative standard deviation of the measured values is 1.69%~3.20%.This method is accurate and reliable, and can meet the analysis needs of K465 superalloy.
