Research and Exploration on the Construction of Teaching Team for Organic Chemistry of Pharmacy Related Majors in Vocational Education
With the increasing emphasis of vocational education,how to improve the teaching effectiveness of vocational education has received more and more attention.Among the many measures to improve the teaching achievements of vocational education,construction and optimizing teaching teams is a very important one.This study takes the efforts and achievements in the construction of the organic chemistry teaching team in Tongren polytechnic College as an example,exploring the construction methods of teaching teams in vocational colleges.To provide some reference for building excellent teaching teams in vocational colleges.
