以核桃壳为原料,KOH 作为活化剂制备活性炭,将活性炭作为超级电容器的电极材料,并对其电容性能进行测试研究.实验涉及无机合成及物理化学等多门课程的知识点,将核桃壳活性炭超级电容器的制备及性能研究实验融入化学类相关专业的化学综合实验教学中,不仅可以加深学生对无机化学及物理化学相关基础理论知识的理解,还可以让学生了解科研前沿动态,培养学生的科研兴趣和创新能力.
Integration of Scientific Research and Experimental Teaching——Taking the Preparation and Performance Research Experiment of Walnut Shell Activated Carbon Supercapacitor as an Example
Activated carbon was prepared by using walnut shell as raw material and KOH as activator.Activated carbon was used as electrode material for supercapacitor,and its capacitive properties were tested and studied.The experiment involves inorganic synthesis,physical chemistry and other courses.Integrating the research experiment on the preparation and performance of walnut shell activated carbon supercapacitors into the comprehensive experiment teaching of chemistry related majors can not only deepen students'understanding of the basic theoretical knowledge of inorganic chemistry and physical chemistry,but also enable students to understand the forefront of scientific research and cultivate students'scientific research interest and innovation ability.
