环境工程专业工程教育认证进展及未来发展探讨

环境工程专业主要围绕环境污染预防和治理开展人才培养,而环境污染预防和治理是一项复杂的系统工程,为了保证环境工程领域合格人才的培养,应大力推进工程教育认证工作.本论文首先分析了我国环境工程专业设置现状,其次从通过环境工程专业工程教育认证高校的省域分布、年度认证变化、认证轮数以及是否双一流建设高校/学科等多角度系统分析了我国环境工程专业工程教育认证进展.研究发现,我国环境工程专业工程教育认证近十年得到重视和大力推进,目前认证比例达到了28.8%,各省(自治区、直辖市)工程教育认证推进程度受设置环境工程专业高校数量及综合实力双重影响.此外,我国环境工程专业工程教育认证目前面临整体认证比例不高、地区之间极不平衡和非双一流建设高校认证推进缓慢等问题,建议针对中西部偏远省份非双一流建设高校制定相应的激励和优惠政策,并打通环境保护工程师制度和工程教育认证之间的互认.
Progress and Future Development of Environmental Engineering Professional Engineering Education Certification
The major of environmental engineering mainly focuses on the prevention and treatment of environmental pollution,which is a complex systematic project.To ensure the training of qualified talents in the field of environmental engineering,engineering education certification should be vigorously promoted.This paper first analyzes the current setting situation of environmental engineering in China.Secondly,it systematically analyzes the current situation of the certification of professional engineering education of environmental engineering in China from the perspectives of provincial distribution,annual certification change,number of certification rounds,and whether the two first-class universities/disciplines are established.The research found that the certification of engineering education of environmental engineering specialty in China has been valued and vigorously promoted in the past decade,and the current certification ratio has reached 28.8%.The promotion degree of engineering education certification in all provinces(province-level municipality,autonomous regions)is affected by the number of environmental engineering specialty colleges and universities and their comprehensive strength.In addition,the engineering education certification of environmental engineering in China is currently facing problems such as a low overall certification ratio,an extreme imbalance between regions,and slow progress in the certification of non-double first-class construction universities.It is suggested to formulate corresponding incentives and preferential policies for non-double first-class construction universities in remote provinces in the central and western regions and open up mutual recognition between the environmental protection engineering system and engineering education certification.
