Preparation of Magnetic Iron-black Tea Dregs Based Activated Carbon and Its Effect on the Adsorption of Adsorption of Hexavalent Chromium Wastewater
The black tea dregs were used as the raw material, and ZnCl2 solution was used as the activator to prepare black tea dregs-based activated carbon, and then the magnetic iron-black tea dregs-based activated carbon was obtained by using the chemical co-precipitation method to endow the activated carbon with magnetic substances. We investigated the effects of single factors such as different ratios of black tea dregs activated carbon and iron salt, stirring speed, aging temperature and aging time on its iodine adsorption performance, and came up with the optimal preparation conditions-ratio:4∶1,stirring speed:700 rpm, aging temperature:The optimum preparation conditions were found to be:ratio:4∶1,stirring speed:700 rpm, aging temperature:60℃,aging time:80 min.The adsorption effect of the three activated carbons on hexavalent chromium wastewater was investigated by changing the"pH,rotational speed, and dosage".
