摘要

本文利用电化学制备了三元复合薄膜P(ANI/Py)/RGO/SiO2,找到了一种电化学制备三元复合薄膜的方法.同时对比一元薄膜P(ANI/Py)、二元P(ANI/Py)/SiO2 薄膜研究其抗腐蚀性能,发现在量0.025 mo1/L苯胺0.075 mo1/L吡咯得到的三元复合薄膜有较好的防腐蚀性能.测试腐蚀电位为-0.535 V,腐蚀电流 1.828×10-9 A·cm-2.

Abstract

In this paper,P(ANI/Py)/RGO/SiO2 composite films were prepared by electrochemistry,and we found a way to electrochemically prepare ternary composite films.At the same time,the corrosion resistance of P(ANI/Py)film and P(ANI/Py)/SiO2 film is compared.It is found that the ternary composite film obtained at 0.025 mo1/L aniline 0.075 mo1/L pyrrole has better corrosion resistance.The corrosion potential was-0.535 V and the corrosion current was 1.828×10-9 A·cm-2.
