铅铋冷却剂与结构材料相容性分析

铅铋共晶合金(LBE)是目前最受关注的铅冷快堆冷却剂和加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)冷却剂及散裂靶材的首选材料,因其熔点低,沸点高,导热率高,抗辐照性好,化学活性稳定.但是,液态铅铋合金冷却剂会对一般的结构材料造成严重腐蚀,因而对于材料相容性的研究是非常必要且有意义的.本报告对有关方面进行调研,阐述液态铅铋合金中结构材料腐蚀机制,理清腐蚀测试实验具体流程,初步筛选出一些待测材料,对液态铅铋合金结构材料的相容性展开分析研究.
Compatibility Analysis of Lead Bismuth Coolant and Structural Materials
Lead bismuth eutectic alloy(LBE)is the preferred material for the coolant and spallation target of lead-cooled fast reactor,accelerator driven sub-critical system(ADS)coolant and spallation target,due to its low melting point,high boiling point,high thermal conductivity,good radiation resistance and stable chemical activity.However,liquid lead-bismuth alloy coolant will cause serious corrosion to common structural materials,so the study of material compatibility is very necessary and meaningful.This report investigates relevant parties to understand the corrosion mechanism of structural materials in liquid lead-bismuth alloy,get familiar with the specific process of corrosion test experiment,preliminarily screen out some materials to be tested,and analyze and study the compatibility of structural materials in liquid lead-bismuth alloy.
