Study on the Effect of Different Light Quality on Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal in Chlorella Sorokiniana
To investigate the effect of different light qualities on the nitrogen and the phosphorus removal of Chlorella sorokiniana, the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal was investigated under red, blue, white and alternating red and blue light illumination. The results showed that Chlorella sorokiniana was the most effective in nitrogen and phosphorus removal under alternating red and blue light illumination, and the removal rates of COD,TN and TP were 88.78%,97.93%and 93.02%,respectively;the concentrations of NH3-N,TN,TP and COD in the effluent of the device were 2.82 mg/L,7.04 mg/L,0.21 mg/L and 27.86 mg/L,and the removal rates were 93.20%,84.15%,94.13%and 85.15%,respectively;the removal of pollutants in the reactor mainly relied on the flat plate photobioreactor and the tubular photobioreactor. Therefore, the use of alternating red and blue light illumination mode can enhance the effect of nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal, and provide a technical reference for the application of Chlorella in deep wastewater treatment.
