生防芽孢杆菌产纤维素酶的研究

现代集约化农业生产中,往往伴随着环境污染、耐药菌株的产生等问题,而绿色无污染的高效拮抗益生菌已成为抗生素的可行替代品.生防菌可通过产生水解酶来降解真菌细胞壁,使致病菌菌丝体生理异常,降低其感染能力和毒力.芽孢杆菌作为生防细菌的优势种属,能分泌多种细胞壁分解酶,有广谱抗菌功效,且其生物安全性高,不会造成环境污染,所以芽孢杆菌能够作为生物防治首选的有效菌属广泛应用于农业生产研究中.本文较详细地介绍了纤维素酶的组成、功能以及来源,对具有生物防治功能的芽孢杆菌产纤维素酶的研究和应用状况进行了综述.
Study on Cellulase Production by Biocontrol Bacillus sp.
In modern intensive agricultural production activities,there are so many problems arised just like environmental pollution or production of drug-resistant strains and many other issues.Green and pollution-free probiotics which have efficient antagonism can practicably replace antibiotics.Bacillus sp.can degrade the fungal cell wall by producing hydrolytic enzymes in order to make the pathogenic mycelium physiologically abnormal and reduce its infectivity and virulence.As the dominant genus of biocontrol bacteria,Bacillus sp.can secrete a variety of cell wall-degrading enzymes.With broad-spectrum antibacterial efficacy and high biosafety without causing environmental pollution,Bacillus sp.can be widely used in agricultural production research as an preferred and effective biological control genus.This article provides a detailed introduction to the composition,function and source of cellulase,and reviews the research and application status of cellulase produced by Bacillus sp.which can be used in biological control.
