正常pH条件下,溶酶体可有效消化和降解受损的细胞器和生物大分子,并在细胞消化自噬过程中发挥着重要的作用;溶酶体pH值异常会导致溶酶体中的水解酶失活或受损,这可能会影响溶酶体与自噬体的融合,导致自噬体堆积和自噬通量受阻.因此,溶酶体pH稳态对于了解和研究自噬过程至关重要.
Abstract
Under normal pH conditions,lysosomes can effectively digest and degrade damaged organelles and biomolecules,and play an important role in cellular digestive autophagy;abnormal lysosomal pH leads to inactivation or impairment of hydrolytic enzymes in lysosomes,which may affect the fusion of lysosomes with autophago-somes,leading to accumulation of autophagosomes and impaired autophagic flux.Therefore,lysosomal pH homeostasis is essential for understanding and studying the autophagy.
