Development of Sintered Nd-Fe-B Material Used in Mobile Phone
The article mainly analyzed the development of the use of sintered NdFeB magnets in the high-end mobile phone markets,and provided a detailed explanation of the current market applications from three main aspects,Voice coil sintered NdFeB,vibration motor sintered NdFeB,magnetic suction&TWS sintered NdFeB.A separate analysis was conducted on the material preparation process,high-accuracy machining processing technology,electroplating technology,automatic magnetization,and inspection technology of magnets.The development direction of sintered NdFeB magnets was prospected for high-end mobile phones in the future,including grain boundary diffusion material preparing,high-accuracy machining,low magnetic property loss plating technology and automatic magnetizing&inspection equipment.
