摘要
白及是一种源远流长的药材,数千年来广泛用于治疗各种疾病.它被誉为止血消肿、行水消肿、清热燥湿的神药.白及多糖作为白及块茎中最主要的活性成分,具有抗炎、促进创面修复、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗菌和抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,并在临床作为愈伤敷料的应用上发挥了独特优势.本文总结了白及多糖的提取方法,主要生物学活性及其应用,为白及多糖的开发利用及新药开发提供参考.
Abstract
As a long-standing medicinal herb,Bletillastriata(Baiji)is widely used for thousands of years to treat various diseases.It is known as a divine medicine for stopping bleeding and reducing swelling,promoting hydration and reducing swelling,and clearing heat and dampness.As the main active ingredient in the tubers of Bletillastriata,Baiji polysaccharide have various pharmacological effects,such as anti-inflammatory,promoting wound repair,immune regulation,antioxidant,antibacterial,and anti-tumor.It has played a unique advantage in clinical application as wound dressing.In this paper,we summarize the extraction methods,main biological activities,and applications of Baiji polysaccharides.This can provide reference for the development and utilization of Baiji polysaccharides and new drug development.
