外文摘要：In recent years,with the development and technical progress in stomatology,phytic acid,as an important bioactive molecule,has attracted wide attention.Phytic acid is a polycarboxylic acid with many carboxyl groups and phosphate groups.It has unique characteristics in biological activity and chemical properties,and it is also widely used in the medical field with the discovery of its anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and anti-cancer effects.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of phytic acid in stomatology.
