摘要
近年来,随着口腔医学领域的发展和技术进步,植酸作为一种重要的生物活性分子引起了广泛关注.植酸是一种多羧酸,具有多个羧基和磷酸根团,它在生物学活性和化学性能方面具有独特的特点,并且随着植酸的抗氧化性、抗瘤作用、抗癌等作用的发现,在医学领域也有着广泛的应用,因此,本文就植酸的生物学活性和化学性能在口腔医学中的应用进行综述.
Abstract
In recent years,with the development and technical progress in stomatology,phytic acid,as an important bioactive molecule,has attracted wide attention.Phytic acid is a polycarboxylic acid with many carboxyl groups and phosphate groups.It has unique characteristics in biological activity and chemical properties,and it is also widely used in the medical field with the discovery of its anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and anti-cancer effects.Therefore,this paper reviews the application of phytic acid in stomatology.
