Summary of the Factors and Molecular Mechanisms Affecting Melanin Osis
Melanin is a kind of biological pigment, which is formed by tyrosine or 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine through a series of chemical reactions.Animals, plants and protozoa all have this same pigment, which plays an important role in regulating skin color, resisting ultraviolet damage and metabolism. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the signal pathway regulation of melanin biosynthesis. We summarized the causes of pigmentation and melanin formation mechanism signaling pathways,in order to provide a more comprehensive theoretical support for the development of skin care products in the direction of regulating melanin.
