基于EA-IRMS的婴幼儿奶粉及其酪蛋白中δ13C和δ15N的检测方法优化和不同产源地的差异研究

以婴幼儿奶粉和其中的酪蛋白为研究对象,建立了基于元素分析-稳定同位素比质谱法(EA-IRMS)同时测定δ13C和δ15N的方法.通过优化称样量和样品CO2稀释倍数得到最佳测定条件.结果表明,在称样量600~700 μg、8 倍样品CO2稀释倍数条件下,样品中δ13C和δ15N标准偏差(SD)均<0.3‰,标准质控样与证书差值均在质量控制要求内.对来自国内外50批次婴幼儿奶粉及其中酪蛋白的δ13C和δ15N进行检测,发现来自各地区的婴幼儿奶粉和酪蛋白中δ13C存在一定差异,而δ15N呈现出较小的差异化,这些特征可以为婴幼儿奶粉确定产源地提供参考.
EA-IRMS Based Baby Formula and its Casein δ13C and δ15N Detection Method and Study on Differences in Different Production Sources
A method based on elemental analysis stable isotope ratio mass spectrometry(EA-IRMS)was established for simultaneous determination of infant formula and casein in it δ13C and δ15N method.The optimal determination conditions were obtained by optimizing the sample weight and CO2 dilution ratio of the sample.The results indicate that at a sample size of 600~700 μg.Under the condition of 8 times the CO2 dilution ratio of the sample δ13C and δ15N The standard deviation(SD)of δ15N is less than 0.3‰,and the difference between the standard quality control sample and the certificate is within the quality control requirements.The δ13C and δ15N of 50 batches of infant milk powder and casein from home and abroad were detected,and it was found that there were some differences in δ13C of infant milk powder and casein from different regions,while δ15N showed a small difference.These characteristics can provide a reference for determining the source of infant milk powder.
