基于网络药理学探讨布渣叶的抗炎机制

基于网络药理学方法研究布渣叶的抗炎作用机制.利用TCMSP数据库、SEA数据库收集布渣叶活性成分及相应靶点,从GeneCards数据库筛选抗炎靶点,将成分对应的靶点基因和疾病基因进行映射,获得交集抗炎靶点.将交集靶点导入STRING数据库,将所获得的结果经Cytoscape 3.9.1 软件进行可视化分析,构建PPI网络,得到布渣叶关键抗炎靶点.采用DAVID 6.8 数据库对关键抗炎靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析.研究发现布渣叶可能通过槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素、β-谷甾醇等活性成分作用于TP53、AKT1、JUN、TNF、EGFR、IL6 等靶点调控多条信号通路发挥抗炎作用.
Mechanism of Anti-inflammatory Effect of Microctis Folium Based on Network Pharmacology
Study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Microctis Folium based on network pharmacology methods.Using the TCMSP database and SEA database to collect the active ingredients and corresponding targets,screening anti-inflammatory targets from the GeneCards database,mapping the target genes corresponding to the ingredients and disease genes,and obtaining intersecting anti-inflammatory targets.The intersection targets were imported into the STRING database,and the results were visualized and analyzed by Cytoscape 3.9.1 software to construct the PPI network and obtain the key anti-inflammatory targets.DAVID 6.8 database was used to perform GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of key anti-inflammatory targets.Research has found that Microctis Folium may pass through quercetin,kaempferol,isorhamnetin,β-sitosterol act on targets such as TP53,AKT1,JUN,TNF,EGFR,and IL6 to regulate multiple signaling pathways and exert anti-inflammatory effects.
