摘要

传统的化工工艺流程设备一般通过车床加工制作,对于小的加工零件加工难度大,还原度低,成本高,因此很多课程受此限制无法让学生进行实地操作,大大降低了学习效果.本文研究了多种材料并利用3D打印技术和乐高积木搭建原理对原有装置进行有效替代,大大降低了装置成本,且3D打印装置还原度极高,并使装置搭建过程更加轻便、容易,融合乐高技术使装置搭建过程极富乐趣,大大提高了教学效果.

Abstract

Traditional chemical process equipment is generally produced through lathe processing.For small processing parts,it is difficult to process,with low degree of reduction,and high cost.Therefore,many courses are restricted by this and cannot let students carry out field operation,which greatly reduces the learning effect.This paper studies a variety of materials and uses 3D printing technology and Lego building principles to effectively replace the original device,which greatly reduces the cost of the device,has a high degree of restoration with the original device,and makes the device building process lighter and easier.The integration of LEGO technology makes the device building process extremely fun and greatly improves the teaching effect.
