湖泊水环境监测助力混合式"金课"建设——以水质分析与监测课程为例

水质分析与监测课程主要讲述水质化学分析方法、仪器分析方法、水环境监测方案等多个内容.天印湖位于校园内,通过完成天印湖水环境监测任务,达到学以致用的目的,强化本课程所学理论知识的应用价值.论文分别从课程特点、总体目标、混合式教学模式、资源建设等方面,开展混合式"金课"建设路径的探索与相关思考.通过监测数据得出,部分样品氮磷含量超标,建议针对种植荷花的部位定期清淤、打捞腐烂死去的植物,尤其是在季节交替时及时清理维护;对富营养化较严重的北三湖,短期治理首先打捞漂浮的绿藻,后期可以增大水的活动量,注入新鲜的水,深层曝气、清淤等.
Lake Water Environmental Monitoring to Help the Mixed"Golden Lessons"Construction——Taking the Course of Water Quality Analysis and Monitoring as an Example
The course of water quality analysis and monitoring includes chemical analysis,instrumental analysis,water environmental monitoring.Tianyin Lake is located on the campus of Nanjing Institute of Engineering.Through the task of water environmental monitoring of Tianyin Lake,the goal of learning for application is achieved and the practical value of the theoretical knowledge learned in this course is enhanced.The paper ponders the construction of the mixed"Gold course"from the aspects of the course characteristics,the overall goal,the mixed teaching mode and the resource construction.Based on the monitoring data of Tianyin Lake,it is concluded that the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in some samples is above the standard.It is suggested that the locations where lotus flowers are planted should be regularly desilted and decayed dead plants salvaged,especially in time for seasonal alternation.For the north three lakes,where eutrophication is more serious,the short-term treatment should catch the floating green algae firstly,and remove the dead algae in time.In the later stage,the water activity can be increased and fresh water can be injected,deep aeration,desilting,etc.
