壳聚糖用量对改性阳离子型苯丙乳液施胶剂物理性能的影响

为提高阳离子型苯丙乳液施胶剂的环保性,采用壳聚糖进行改性制备改性阳离子型苯丙乳液施胶剂,确定了壳聚糖用量应不高于阳离子型苯丙乳液施胶剂质量的0。5%,研究了壳聚糖用量对改性阳离子型苯丙乳液施胶剂的静置稳定性、离心稳定性、分散性、pH、粘度、表面张力、固含量以及纸张白度的影响,结果表明:随着壳聚糖用量的增加,改性阳离子型苯丙乳液施胶剂的静置稳定性、离心稳定性高,分散性为一级,pH保持不变,粘度、固含量和表面张力逐渐增大,而纸张白度逐渐降低。
Effect of Chitosan Dosage on the Physical Property of Modified Cationic Styrene-Acrylate Emulsion Sizing Agent
For improving environmental friendliness,cationic styrene-acrylate emulsion sizing agent was modified by chitosan,chitosan dosage was determined to be not more than 0.5%of the weight of cationic styrene-acrylate emulsion sizing agent.Meanwhile,effect of chitosan dosage on the static stability,centrifugal stability,dispersion,pH,viscosity,surface tension and solid content of modified cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion sizing agent was studied,and the results showed that the sizing agent had high static stability and centrifugal stability,excellent dispersion,stable pH,increasements of viscosity,surface tension and solid content,while paper whiteness decreases gradually.
