典型烟煤混合生物质燃烧过程中结渣特性实验研究

以秸秆、准东煤和神木煤为研究对象,利用管式炉实验系统对生物质混煤燃烧积灰结渣现象进行研究,并在燃料中添加不同比例的高岭土、硫酸铵、硝酸铝及其复合添加组分,探究了不同添加剂对秸秆混煤燃烧成灰结渣的影响。研究发现,高岭土自身熔点较高,添加2%的高岭土提高了混合燃料中Al2O3 含量,提高了灰熔点,抑制了秸秆混煤燃烧结渣。而在添加硝酸铝条件下,其助燃作用促进了共熔反应的进行,导致硅铝酸盐与 CaO 或 Fe2O3 结合生成无定型钙长石或者钙铁共熔体等从而促进结渣。高岭土能有效减轻结渣,而硫酸铵和硝酸铝的助燃作用则增强了结渣。
Experimental Study on Slagging Characteristics during the Combustion Process of Typical Bituminous Coal Mixed with Biomass
The straw,Zhundong coal and Shenmu coal were used as research objects to study the phenomenon of ash accumulation and slagging in biomass coal blending combustion using the tube furnace experimental system.Moreover,different proportions of kaolin,ammonium sulfate,aluminum nitrate and their composite additive components were added to the mixed fuels to investigate the effects of different additives on the ash and slag formation in the combustion of straw blended coal.The results showed that kaolin had a high melting point,and the addition of 2%kaolin increased the Al2O3 content of the blended fuel,which raised the ash melting point and suppressed the slagging of the straw-blended coal combustion.The additive Aluminium nitrate with combustion supporting effect promoted the occurrence of eutectic reaction,which leaded to the combination of Aluminate and CaO or Fe2O3 to generate amorphous Anorthite or calcium iron eutectic,thus promoting slagging.Kaolin was effective in reducing slagging,while the combustion-enhancing effects of ammonium sulfate and aluminum nitrate enhanced slagging.
