生物质基航空煤油制备技术的研究进展

航空业是运输业的主要支柱,航空煤油的需求量日益增长.利用生物质制备航空燃料既可降低对化石能源的依赖,还可助推双碳政策的实施.以目前主流的"两步法"综述了生物质基航空煤油的制备技术:从发酵技术、水热技术和热解技术这三个方面介绍了生物质基燃油制备技术的研究现状,并进一步围绕加氢脱氧和费托合成这两个主流方向阐明了生物产品提质制航空煤油技术的发展现状.在此基础上,对生物质制航空燃油技术的发展进行了展望,生物质的加氢热解以及生物质与富氢固废热解有望实现杂原子的源头脱除,而抗杂原子毒害的高效催化剂是未来可能的发展方向.
Research Progress in Biomass-based Aviation Kerosene Production Technologies
Aviation industry is the main pillar of the transportation industry,increasing the demand for aviation kerosene.Producing aviation fuel by using biomass will reduce dependence on fossil fuels,boosting the achievement of carbon neutrality.Most of biomass-based aviation kerosene is produced using"two-step method".Biomass-based fuel production technology is introduced from three aspects:fermentation,hydrothermal,and pyrolysis.Furthermore,the development of biomass-based aviation kerosene production technology is elucidated from two mainstream directions:hydrogenation deoxygenation and Fischer-Tropsch process.The development of biomass-based aviation fuel technology is discussed.Hydrogenation pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis with hydrogen-rich waste is expected to achieve the source removal of heteroatoms.Development of efficient catalysts with the toxicity resistance of heteroatoms may be a possible research direction.
