创新性提出了基于严格机理的催化裂化装置在线流程模拟与运行优化分析平台,平台以底层催化裂化装置流程模拟模型(含烟气余热回收)、除氧器性能分析模型、减温减压器性能分析模型为核心,结合现场MES、LIMS数据,通过自主开发的接口将实时数据传入模型,进行数据在线校正后实现催化裂化装置关键参数工艺数字孪生、在线操作优化及设备性能分析.本文从功能设计、关键技术及应用效果对平台进行了具体介绍,该平台已在中国石油某炼化企业重油催化裂化装置完成上线试运行,在当前数字化转型大背景下,该平台的成功开发对于后续其他炼化企业的推广具有重要意义.
FCC Online Simulation and Optimization Platform Based on Rigorous Mechanism Model
An online FCC simulation and optimization platform based on rigorous mechanism model was innovatively proposed.The platform was centered around some mechanism models:an FCC process simulation model(including flue gas waste heat recovery),a deaerator performance analysis model,and a desuperheater performance analysis model.On-site MES and LIMS data was transmitted to these models by self-developed interfaces,and after online data correction,process digital twin and online operation optimization for key parameters in these models were achieved.This paper introduced the platform in detail from its function design,key technology and application effect.The platform has been put into online trial operation in an RFCC unit of PetroChina.Under the background of current digital transformation,the successful development of this platform is of great significance for the promotion of other refining and chemical enterprises in the future.
