摘要

通过对延迟焦化装置开工过程及能耗、物耗分析,总结良好实践,优化开工程序;针对开工过程中系统脱水不净,柴油、蜡油循环带水,蜡油热运期间开工塔底泵频繁抽空,加热炉点炉次数多,开工期间频繁补充开工柴油、开工蜡油,首塔及并炉预热期间放空系统泵频繁抽空等难点问题进行分析原因,提出改进对策.

Abstract

By analyzing the startup process,energy consumption,and material consumption of delayed coking units,summarizing good practices,and optimizing startup procedures;analyze the reasons for the difficult problems such as incomplete dehydration of the system during the startup process,circulating water in diesel and wax oil,frequent emptying of the bottom pump of the startup tower during wax-oil hot operation,frequent ignition of the heating furnace,frequent replenishment of startup diesel and wax oil during startup,and frequent emptying of the exhaust system pump during the preheating period of the first tower and parallel furnace,and propose improvement measures.
