Application of Magnetic Microfiltration Biofilm Combined Process in Skid-mounted Sewage Treatment Plant
The newly added sewage exceeds the acceptance load of the local water plant,resulting in sewage overflow and environmental pollution.In order to solve this part of overflow sewage in time,and considering the factors such as land cover,construction cycle,and use cycle,the skid-mounted sewage plant with magnetic microfiltration biofilm process is selected.This paper introduces the technical principle,process flow,design parameters and operation effect of this process.It took less than 60 days for the water plant to complete the operation.After the water plant is put into operation,the water quality of the outlet water reaches the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basin of Sichuan Province(DB51/2311-2016).During the operation,the average cost of pharmaceuticals is 0.18 yuan/ton,the average cost of energy consumption is 0.25 yuan/ton,and the sludge output is about 500 kg/10,000 m3(dry sludge),which has a greater cost advantage than the traditional process.Practice has proved that this process has strong applicability and promotion value in saving land cover and operating costs.
