Ecological and Environmental Risk Analysis of Preparation of Non fired Road Bricks from Electrolytic Manganese Residue
Using electrolytic manganese slag as raw material, the semi dry pressing process is used to produce unburned paving bricks.Firstly, evaluate the ecological safety of the product from the aspects of total heavy metal content and leaching toxicity. Then, analyze the release behavior of pollutants in manganese slag unburned paving bricks through outdoor long-term rainwater leaching experiments and indoor pot leaching experiments, and evaluate the ecological environmental risks of manganese slag based paving bricks.Through the ecological risk assessment of manganese slag non fired paving bricks,it was found that the ammonia nitrogen in the products of manganese slag non fired paving bricks is easily released into the environment, posing significant environmental risks;the heavy metals in manganese slag non fired paving bricks are relatively stable and take lower environmental risks.
