摘要

目的:评定气相色谱单柱法测定新会柑果皮中三唑磷农药残留的不确定度.方法:建立计算模型,分析和计算农药残留测量结果的不确定度分量,得出农药残留量的不确定度.结果:当新会柑果皮三唑磷残留量为1.25 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为0.52 mg/kg(置信因子k=2).结论:标准系列曲线拟合过程是影响该方法不确定度的主要因素,其次样品的前处理对不确定度产生的影响也较大.因此,在新会柑果皮的三唑磷农药残留测定中,应从这两个方面加以重视,以提高准确性.

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of Gas chromatography in the determination of triazophos pesticide residues in citrus peel of Xinhui District.Methods:The uncertainty components of pesticide residues were analyzed and calculated by establishing a calculation model,and the uncertainty of pesticide residues was obtained.Results:When the residue of triazophos in Xinhui District peel was 1.25 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.52 mg/kg(confidence factor k=2).Conclusion:The fitting process of standard series curve is the main factor affecting the uncertainty of this method,and the pretreatment of samples has a greater impact on the uncertainty.Therefore,the determination of triazophos pesticide residues in Xinhui District orange peel should pay attention to these two aspects in order to improve the accuracy.
